Privacy Policy
We collect as little personal information as we can, use it only to run this website and answer you, and never sell it.
1. Who we are
This website, elementalworld.ai, is operated by Elemental World LLC ("Elemental World", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- When you visit the site. Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical information about each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's description of itself (the "user agent"). We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
- When you email us. We receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it to reply and to discuss the work you asked about.
- When we work together. If you become a client or partner, we keep the business contact details and records needed to deliver our services, invoice and meet our legal obligations.
The site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment boxes, and we do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not send us sensitive personal information by email.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Our security and delivery provider (see section 5) may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse; it is not used to track you.
4. How we use information
We use personal information only to operate and secure the website, to respond to your enquiries, to provide and invoice our services, and to comply with the law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website and so handles each visit's technical information;
- Vultr, which hosts the server the website runs on;
- Google Fonts, which supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to download them; and
- Zoho, which hosts our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
6. How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period, normally a few weeks, and then deleted automatically. Emails and business records are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or our work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
7. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and, where the law gives you these rights, to restrict or object to its use or to receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
